QUINTON JACOBS

Quinton Jacobs began his dance journey in January 2014 at Dance Factory Swakopmund. After three years of training, he pursued a professional career by enrolling at the Cape Academy of Performing Arts, where he graduated with distinction in 2019. Upon graduation, he joined Cape Town City Ballet, performing numerous solo and principal roles, including Hilarion, Escamillo, Prince Charming, and the Nutcracker Prince, among others. Quinton’s versatility extends beyond classical ballet into contemporary dance, having collaborated with renowned choreographers such as Kenneth Tindall, Mthuthuzeli November, Robert North, Kirsten Isenberg, and Michelle Reid. Throughout his career, he has performed with leading companies including Cape Dance Company, Cape Town City Ballet, and most recently, Cape Ballet Africa, where he concluded his professional dance career in 2025.
